$13 flat rate express postage Australia Wide. Free delivery with every order over $150

Order cut off time is every Saturday 6pm. Orders received before cut off time will be posted on the following Monday. Orders received after Saturday 6pm will be sent on the next Monday. 

All plants are shipped on Monday and Tuesday via Express Post to hopefully ensure you receive your plants by the end of the week. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order is shipped.

Unfortunately due to COVID19 Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays. Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.


If your package is unable to be delivered to your home, we are not liable for any deliveries that have been returned to your local Australia Post outlet for pick up and you do not collect them in a timely manner.  

We are unable to post to WA, NT and TAS due to restrictions. 

No international shipping is available. 


Local pick-up is welcome. We are located in Charnwood, ACT. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time and day.

Plants are supplied in pots for pick up.

Every care will be taken to ensure your plants are packed carefully but unfortunately damage may occur during the postage process. If your package arrives visibly damaged please contact your local Australia Post outlet and us as soon as possible. 

All plants will be sent bare-rooted without the pot if being sent through the post. The plant may arrive slightly dry when unpacking and may look slightly different than the photo.

No refund is permitted for:

  • Dried or wilted bottom leaves (naturally occurring in all plants; can be easily pulled off without damaging the plant)

  • Potting soil on leaves (easily washed off with first watering)

  • A couple of broken, missing, or wilted leaves, as long as 10 or more healthy leaves remain intact

  • Minor colour / shape differences from photograph in product listings (many succulents change colour / shape continuously)

  • Assorted products that differ from product photograph (EG: collections and trays where selection is our choice)

  • Extreme neglect and disregard of included care instructions

  • Change of mind


If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. A 10% fee will apply to all cancelled orders. Unfortunately once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel.
